Ordering
What size should I buy?
Guess what -- Wooliee's are one-size fits all (yes, it's true!). One size for adults, and one for kids. Works for Small to 4XL.
And now, we offer a Sassy Series, which offers a more chic looking cut with a shorter length.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too!
We can cancel any order for up to 1 hour after placing it. After that, our warehouse starts processing them, and we're unable to make changes.
If you got the address wrong, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll take care of it.
Shipping & Timelines
Where do you ship your orders from?
Our products are designed in Europe, and orders are shipped from warehouses across Europe & USA. Note: Due to the holiday rush, some orders may ship from our global warehouses.
What is the shipping policy?
1. Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
- Orders are normally processed and shipped out within 48 business hours. Shipping time commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
- When we dispatch your order to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.
2. Delivery Time: The amount of time it takes to receive your order after it has been shipped.
- Normally shipping within Europe takes 7-8 business days, but can sometimes take a few extra days depending on your location. Please note these shipping times are estimated and are provided to us by the the couriers.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world - shipping is always free!
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We have a 45-day returns policy, which means you have 45 days from the day you place your order to request a return.
To start a return, please reply to the order confirmation email or contact us at us at support@wooliee.com with your order number. We’ll send you instructions to send your package back to our nearest warehouse. Please don't send items back without these instructions.

Processing refunds
For any authorized returns, you must ship your items back within 5 business days of initiating a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and shipping costs associated with the original order are not-refundable. Once we’ve received and inspected your return - which takes about 10 business days - we'll notify you. For items that show wear and tear, there's a restocking fee of 50%.
Do you allow exchanges?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the new item.
Defective / Damaged products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us at support@wooliee.com within 24 hours if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Note: We will need pictures of the item and the box to process any replacements or refunds, please do nott hrow anything away before working with us.
Customs
Customs & Delivery
Your orders come with customs duty paid, you never need to pay anything extra! In some cases, your delivery carrier may reach out to you, or we may notify you about an issue that needs to be resolved with your delivery carrier. It's the customer's responsibility to reach out to the delivery carrier and arrange for release of shipment & delivery. If the delivery fails, is abandoned or is returned by carrier due to lack of action from the customer, we will be unable to refund you for the order.
Incorrect Address / Return to Sender
For orders with incorrect addresses, once shipped, we’re unable to make any changes. If an order is undeliverable and returns to our warehouse successfully, we will refund the original order value minus a 25% processing fee (original shipping charges are not refundable). If the item doesn't return to our warehouse, we will be unable to issue a refund.
